Delete your account

Works without the app installed

Enter the email on your allograph account. We'll send a 6-digit code to confirm it's you — no app or password needed.

What's deleted, and when

Your account, profile, takes, group memberships and rewards are deleted, and your personal information is gone within 90 days.

The exceptions (Privacy §5):

Records we need for legal compliance, disputes or enforcing our terms (for example age-assurance audit events) may be kept for up to 7 years, without your content.
Backup copies may be kept for up to 90 days for technical recovery.
Public takes that other people already shared or downloaded may remain with them.

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and your takes, per our privacy policy. Some records we're legally required to keep (for example, age-assurance audit events) are kept without your content, as it describes.
