Camera or location not working
Check camera, photo and location permissions for allograph in your device settings, then reopen the app.
Upload didn't finish
Keep the app open on a stable connection. If it still fails, try again, then contact support with roughly when it happened.
Account or sign-in trouble
Tell us which sign-in method you used and which device you're on. Never send passwords or verification codes.
Remove or report content
Send the link, a screenshot, or enough detail for us to find the take. Safety and privacy requests are reviewed first.
